Strawberry Overnight Oats



Ingredients


½ cup rolled oats

1 tsp chia seeds

Diced strawberries

½ cup milk of choice

Sweetener of choice (honey or maple syrup)


Method


Add oats, chia seeds, strawberries, milk and sweetener to a jar or container.


Stir well, pop the lid on and refrigerate overnight.


Stir again in the morning and enjoy.


Optional: add yoghurt, extra fruit or a drizzle of honey on top in the morning.
