Gluten Free Waffles
Step-by-Step Guide to Awesome Gluten-Free Waffles at Home!

1 ¼ cup Gluten free
plain flour
1 tsp Gluten free baking
powder
Pinch salt
1 egg
1 ¼ cup milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 ½ tbsp (30g) unsalted butter, melted
1. Preheat waffle maker.
2. In a large bowl, sift together flour, baking
powder and salt.
3. In a jug, whisk together egg, milk and vanilla
extract.
4. Add to flour mix and whisk, until combined.
Do not over mix. Stir in melted butter.
5. Add batter to your waffle maker; repeat until batter is used. (Follow cooking instructions of individual waffle maker)
Serve immediately with your favorite
topping.
